La CNAV précise l’assimilation de l’activité partielle : Circulaire du 11/02/2021

Depuis la loi n°2020-734 du 17 juin 2020 et à la loi n°2020-1576 de financement de la sécurité sociale pour 2021 (article 8), l’activité partielle et l’activité partielle de longue durée (APLD) sont retenues comme des périodes assimilées pour le calcul de la retraite à compter du 1er mars 2020. Encore faut-il comprendre de quoi on parle. La Caisse nationale d’assurance vieillesse (Cnav) détaille dans une circulaire n°2021-6 du 11 février 2021 l’ensemble de ce nouveau dispositif.
