DSN : Nouvelles règles de paiement AGIRC-ARRCO

Dans une circulaire 2019-06-DPR du 04/03/2019, l’AGIRC-ARRCO fixe de nouvelles règles de paiement des cotisations pour les entreprises entrant dans le périmètre de la DSN.

Sauf cas particuliers exposés dans la circulaire, les entreprises devront prévoir un paiement par établissement ou un paiement par entreprise. Ces nouvelles règles seront mises en oeuvre par les Institutions de Retraite Complémentaire dans les meilleurs délais et au plus tard à effet du 01/01/2020.
